Can anyone help clarify objective 3 in Module 2 (envision the linkage between organizational theories and concepts of leadership)? Thanks for any help.
I think the various organizational theories have a corresponding concept of leadership/or leadership style. For example, if one were to adhere to the classical theory of organization one would most likely work from an authoritarian concept of leadership.
