Here is the link to my SOM presentation. I had a hard time keeping it under 5 minutes. You guys did a great job being to the point and keeping it simple. Cheryl, I really like the way that you presented your speech. You seem very knowledgeable and informative over the budget situation. I think that incentive pay in an awesome way to motivate teachers. Instead of looking at budgetary issues in a negative way, I think that you flipped it into a positive situation. Also, incentive pay helps teachers become better educators because of the extra training and development they will need to hold an advanced certificate.
